If you are planning for a week journey then, you are restricted to the Bahamas, Mexico, or a "cruise to nowhere". As there are hardly any cruise for few days. The options get widens if your travel plan is more than ten days. You have plenty of cruises in that sector.
When do you want to travel?
There are some particular seasons when you get discounted cruise package. During spring time the prices are comparatively low. During spring season the cruise comes at cheaper rate. Winter season is considered to be high demanding season. The rates in this season are very high. But even summers are the costliest one, as schools close down and everyone heads towards vacation. You must decide on the location and time of your journey. It is not advisable to visit certain places during rainy seasons. It may spoil your mood and spirit. So you must be clear with your destination and time.
