Settlement
There are two main sense of the word settlement. The first, and most common meaning, refers to when the parties to a argument (both disputes that are being bring a court case before the courts, and disputes where court action has not been happened) arrive at an agreement as to the case, which is said to 'settle' the assert.
The second, and uncommon use of the term concerns to when real estate or land is given by a faith or in a will to somebody, who has the right to the possessions during their life, but has no right to move the land to another or depart it in their own spirit (in its place the original settler decides what occurs next). This article relates to the first use.
