If you love your feet then do take good care of them. Some of the general foot care tips are
- Make sure you rub and clean your feet on a daily basis.
- In case your feet are swollen then dip them for 5 – 10 minutes in cold steam
- Have a good foot massage. There aren’t any hard and fast rules for a good foot massage. You can just rub your feet with your thumb for the ultimate pleasure
- Ensure that your feet do not dry out. You can use a good moisturizer as it ill help heel cracks. Prevent application of cream between toes
- Soak your feet in warm water. Do not over do it as it would destroy the natural oils of the skin. Make sure to dry the feet especially between the toes.
- You can also apply surgical spirit between your toes to prevent it from fungal infection.
- Love your feet, wear a shoe that fits properly. Wear shoes that are of the correct size so as to provide comfort to your feet. Even socks play an important role in the health of your feet. Change your socks regularly.
- Exercise on a daily basis to improve the blood circulation of your feet.
- Do not use cotton to dry the areas between the toes instead use lambs wool.
